The minutes after a misfuel decide whether this stays a quick drain or turns into an engine rebuild. So the first thing we do is ask a qualified mechanic's three questions:

Already started it or driven off? It's not too late
Most people only realise once the car starts to run rough. Pull over as soon as it's safe and switch off. Every extra minute pushes the wrong fuel further through the pump, lines and filters.
If the engine never ran, it's usually a drain and refill. If it ran or was driven, we flush the lines as well. Tell us how far you drove and we'll tell you honestly what it needs before we leave.

What it costs, and how the price is set
Every misfuel is different, so we don't quote a number off a website. We give you a fixed price on the phone before anyone leaves, and that's the price you pay. It depends on:
- How much went in. A splash or a full tank.
- Whether it was started. Engine off is the simplest job.
- The vehicle. Tank size and fuel system.
- Where you are. Servo, driveway or highway shoulder.
No towing fees, no storage fees, and the drained fuel is taken away and disposed of under EPA rules.

What should I do right now?
If the engine hasn't been started, leave it off and keep the key out of the ignition. If you're driving, pull over somewhere safe and switch off. Then call 0486 354 956 and we'll tell you what happens next.
I already started the engine or drove off. Is it too late?
No. Stop as soon as it's safe and switch off. The job may need a full flush as well as a drain, and we'll tell you on the call.
Can I just top up with the correct fuel?
It's not a safe fix. Even a small amount of the wrong fuel can do damage once it's pumped through. Call us before you add anything.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how much went in, whether the engine ran, the vehicle and where you are. You get a fixed price on the phone before we drive out, with no towing or storage fees.
How fast can you reach me?
It depends where you are in the area. We give you an arrival time on the call, and most jobs are done in under an hour once we're there.
What happens to the fuel you take out?
It's pumped into sealed containers, taken away and disposed of under EPA rules. Nothing is left at the servo or in your driveway.
